The delivery wasn't so fabulous. The so called "white glove" service was more like "brown glove". It was two days late from the scheduled delivery, nobody ever called. I managed to figure out who the delivery service was but couldn't get a human to ask about delivery. After much pounding of my telephone's keypad it finally defaulted to a person who gave me a day but not a time period. Amazon was zero help with delivery. ...more
